Volunteer!

We need many types of volunteers! A few ideas are listed below but we welcome other ideas. Please send an e-mail to feralcatcaregivers@yahoo.com to let us know what kind of volunteering you would like to do.

1.  Help with Fundraising Activities (Participate in our planned fundraisers or perhaps hold a special fundraiser for us or coordinate a special cat food drive!)
2.  Help a Colony by carefully monitoring and feeding at a site (or be a back-up feeder) - we will train you.
3.  Help with Trapping & Transporting of Feral Cats & Kittens to Vets.
4.  Foster, Foster, Foster! (Usually a commitment of 4-8 weeks in order to wean and socialize kittens.  All vet care is covered, and we handle advertising for adoption.)
5.  Help Promote Our fund-raisers and encourage others to sign-up for our free e-newsletter.

Event Planners Needed!

CZA needs volunteers to plan and carry out fundraiser events for us! Fundraisers are critical for helping with the vet care costs for the kittens born on campus and the surrounding territorie, as well as for the spays and neuters for several (former!) momcats and dadcats trapped on campus too! If you have ideas or need ideas to hold a special event for us, just e-mail feralcatcaregivers@yahoo.com.
